4. Groupthink
Groupthink occurs when the desire for group harmony overrides honest evaluation of alternatives. It is not about being agreeable — it is about the social cost of dissent feeling higher than the intellectual cost of a bad decision.

5. False Urgency
False urgency is allowing an artificial deadline or pressure signal to compress your decision process below what the decision actually requires. It is the trap that makes all other traps worse — because under urgency, analysis paralysis collapses into impulsive choice, confirmation bias accelerates, and dissent feels even less affordable.
